1. ABOUT SGR FACILITY SERVICES

SGR Facility Services is a trade name of Alabama Contract Solutions LLC.

We provide commercial cleaning, facility services, post-construction cleaning, and related services. Information presented on the Site is provided for general informational and business purposes and may be changed from time to time.

2. USE OF THE SITE

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

Requests for estimates, proposals, inspections, walkthroughs, or other information are subject to review and acceptance by SGR.

Any final scope of work, pricing, schedule, payment terms, exclusions, service frequency, or other job-specific requirements may be established through a separate estimate, proposal, service agreement, work order, or other written agreement.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding a specific service, the terms of that written agreement will control for that service.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed or discussed before a final proposal or service agreement may be estimates and are subject to change based on the actual scope of work, property conditions, requested services, labor requirements, materials, access requirements, or other relevant factors.

Payment terms will be provided in the applicable estimate, invoice, proposal, work order, or service agreement.

If electronic payment processing is made available, payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider subject to that provider's applicable terms and policies.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for providing reasonably accurate information regarding the requested services and property.

Depending on the service, customers may also be responsible for providing appropriate access to the property, identifying known hazards or restricted areas, and communicating conditions that could reasonably affect the safety or performance of the work.

Additional customer obligations may be stated in an applicable proposal, work order, or service agreement.

6. COMMUNICATIONS

When you provide contact information to us, we may use it to respond to inquiries, provide estimates, schedule services, send service-related information, provide customer support, and otherwise communicate regarding our business relationship.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and your communication preferences.

Email recipients may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe method provided in the communication.

7. SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

Business Identity and Types of Messages

By opting in to receive text messages from Alabama Contract Solutions LLC, doing business as SGR Facility Services, you may receive text messages relating to your interactions with SGR.

Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include:

Responses to inquiries

Estimate and proposal communications

Appointment or walkthrough confirmations and reminders

Service notifications and updates

Follow-up communications

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to messages you send to us.

If you have questions regarding your text-message or data plan, please contact your wireless carrier.

Opting Out

You may cancel SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us.

After you send STOP, we may send a final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages covered by that opt-out unless you later opt in again.

If you wish to receive messages again, you may opt in again through an available SGR opt-in method.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Alabama Contract Solutions LLC harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law provides otherwise.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
